Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the access to and use of the Arsenal888 online gaming platform ("Platform"), operated by Arsenal888 ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), accessible at https://arsenal888.cam and any associated sub-domains or applications.

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, participating in any promotion, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you ("Player", "User", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

This Agreement should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete contractual framework between you and Arsenal888.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the Arsenal888 website at https://arsenal888.cam, including all games, betting markets, promotional tools, account management features, and any mobile-optimised versions thereof.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon completing the Arsenal888 registration process.
• "Player Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, comprising deposited funds, credited bonuses (where applicable), and any winnings not yet withdrawn.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by Arsenal888 that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a Player's identity and compliance with applicable regulations.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also referred to as "Rollover") means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal of derived winnings is permitted.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction from which access to and use of the Platform is prohibited under applicable laws or under Company policy.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transactional currency on the Arsenal888 Platform.

Account Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Eligibility Criteria

To register and maintain an Account on Arsenal888, you must satisfy all of the following conditions on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Territory;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of Arsenal888 or any of its affiliated entities;
• You are not using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.

3.2 Registration Process

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. Arsenal888 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all information provided and to request supporting documentation at any time.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each Player may hold only one active Account on the Arsenal888 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, Arsenal888 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and to forfeit any balances therein without prior notice.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Arsenal888 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. You must notify Arsenal888 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. Arsenal888 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain appropriate account security.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

Arsenal888 operates under an international licensing framework that imposes mandatory Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. All Players are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request is processed.

KYC verification requires the submission of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent);
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of registered e-wallet account or bank statement).

Arsenal888 may request additional documentation at its discretion. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Arsenal888 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to availability and applicable minimum/maximum limits: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT TRC20, and Litecoin (LTC). All MYR transactions are processed without additional fees charged by Arsenal888 unless otherwise specified.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Arsenal888 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to apply additional scrutiny to accounts where the source of funds cannot be verified.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• The Account must be fully KYC-verified;
• All applicable wagering requirements on active bonus funds must be met in full;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the Player's verified withdrawable balance;
• The Account must be in good standing with no open disputes, security flags, or compliance holds.

Arsenal888 targets withdrawal processing times of 5–30 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay), 1–3 business hours for bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong), and 15–60 minutes for cryptocurrency withdrawals, subject to network conditions. These timeframes are targets and not guarantees.

5.4 Currency

The Platform operates primarily in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation. Arsenal888 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal for cryptocurrency transactions.

Bonuses & Promotions

Arsenal888 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion, which take precedence over these general terms where a conflict exists.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to Players aged 21 and above only.
• A wagering (rollover) requirement applies to all deposit bonuses. The specific multiplier is stated on each promotion.
• Maximum bet limits apply while bonus funds are active. Placing bets exceeding the stated maximum bet cap during an active bonus period constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Not all games contribute equally toward clearing wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live casino titles may contribute 10–20% as specified per promotion.
• Bonuses have a stated expiry window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days). Uncleared bonuses are forfeited upon expiry.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each individual promotion once only unless otherwise specified.

6.2 Abuse and Fraud

Arsenal888 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses under multiple accounts, using betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, colluding with other Players to exploit promotional offers, or using software or automated tools to manipulate gameplay. Where bonus abuse is detected, Arsenal888 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings derived from abusive activity, and permanently close the Account.

Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on Arsenal888 — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, or sports markets including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other events — are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules prior to wagering.

Arsenal888 reserves the right to void bets where: (a) a technical error or malfunction affects the outcome of a game or market; (b) a bet was accepted after the relevant event had concluded; (c) the bet was placed in obvious error at incorrect odds; or (d) the integrity of the relevant event is under investigation by the relevant sporting authority.

All RNG-based casino games on the Platform use independently tested and certified random number generator software to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. Live dealer games are subject to the rules administered by the relevant live studio operator.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Arsenal888 and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering or using an Account on behalf of a third party;
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• Employing any automated software, bot, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Sharing Account access credentials with any third party;
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of sporting events;
• Accessing the Platform from any Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward Arsenal888 staff or other Platform users.

Arsenal888 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited activities, including immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Arsenal888 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game designs, trademarks, and user interface elements — is the proprietary intellectual property of Arsenal888 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to: copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content; reverse engineering or decompiling any software used by the Platform; or using Arsenal888's trademarks or brand assets without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Arsenal888's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount of funds held in the Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arose.

Arsenal888 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform;
• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings;
• Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions beyond Arsenal888's reasonable control;
• Any losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain adequate account security;
• Decisions made in reliance on information provided by third-party data feeds, odds providers, or live event data.

Nothing in this Agreement limits Arsenal888's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Responsible Gambling

Arsenal888 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes and should never be used as a source of income or a means of addressing financial problems.

Arsenal888 provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible from within the Platform at any time:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly);
• Session time limits and reality check notifications;
• Loss limits;
• Self-exclusion (temporary or permanent).

Account Suspension & Termination

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime;
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated by the Player or their payment provider;
• Technical or security concerns requiring investigation;
• Legal or regulatory requirements.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting Arsenal888 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance that has satisfied all applicable wagering requirements will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, Arsenal888 may withhold any or all balances pending investigation and, where applicable, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.

Amendments

Arsenal888 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email notification to the registered account email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.

Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international laws applicable under the Company's licensing jurisdiction.

Arsenal888 does not represent that the Platform is lawful or available for use in Malaysia or any other specific jurisdiction. Malaysian users access the Platform at their own discretion and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable local laws regarding online gambling.

Any dispute between Arsenal888 and a Player that cannot be resolved through Arsenal888's internal complaint resolution process may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided under the applicable licensing authority.
